Data Analyst Co-op, Fit for Business

  • Conducted analysis daily including marketing analytics on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and website, and recommended improvements to increase audience engagement  

  • Led email marketing campaigns with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud resulting in over an 80% average email open rate within just three days and almost 50% of recipients completing call to action (conversion) 

  • Identified process inefficiencies and brought recommendations to manager – successfully built 4 dashboards to track student engagement data and built Excel macros saving the team 4 hours a week  

  • Communicated to multiple stakeholders including students, staff, team of 8 and management team through emails, presenting at virtual and in-person meetings, and led morning team huddles
